"At Clean Sun Energy our mission is to become a leader in sustainable energy services by constantly improving our offerings in terms of: technology, customization, and quality-of-service."
At Clean Sun, we are obsessed with the customer experience. We differ from many providers in that we emphasize home efficiency. We “plug the leaks” first. Someone shopping around may notice that our solar designs are smaller. This is because our team assures that key areas of the home are operating at their highest efficiency first. Our experts will inspect your home and recommend changes that bring down the cost of going green further.
During your first meeting with one of our professionals, you can view a design for your home solar system. This differs from turnaround times around the industry that sometimes range from days to weeks. During this info session, you can suggest changes based on aesthetics and you will be able to approve a design.

How does going solar save me money?
During the day your solar system will produce power for your home. The power that you make and do not use during the day is sent back down the power grid to the energy company, who then gives you a credit for that power. At night you use these credits for essentially free power, and at the end of the month any left over credits are then either rolled over to the next month or given back to you in the form of a check from the electric company.
Are there any warranties?
Our solar panels come with a 25-year product warranty which covers the workmanship of the panels and any possible damage they might incur over the years. The performance of these panels are also covered for 30 years meaning if they ever stop performing in that time frame they will be replaced at no charge.
Are there any power backups available for solar systems?
Yes you do have the option of adding backups to your solar system via battery backups. These tie right into your system and eliminate the need for a backup generator. They charge during the day when you are producing power and kick in at night and during power outages to keep your home supplied with power.
Can I add a battery backup later if I change my mind?
Of course! It is very easy to add a battery backup after a system has already been installed. It's as simple as mounting the battery and wiring it into your existing components. You can even add more than one battery to the system if you so please. Not only are these good to have in case of power outages but they can also eliminate your need for grid energy.
Does owning a solar system increase my homes value?
Absolutely, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory conducted a study in 2015 and found that solar system can add tens of thousands of dollars back into the value of your home. This means if you decide to sell your home not only is it worth more but it will likely sell faster than other houses on the market that don't have solar systems installed.
Does my decision to go solar impact the environment?
Yes but in a good way. Going with a solar system for your home allows you to reduce your carbon footprint on the environment. It does this by reducing your dependency on power companies using fossil fuels and other means to power your home. Instead you are producing your own energy and sending the excess power you don't need back to the power company allowing them to use your excess energy elsewhere, reducing how much power they need to produce across the entire grid.
